Christian service is a good thing, especially when it comes to young people. It creates character and teaches them not to be so self-centered. Menial tasks and working as a team build important qualities into a person that can't be gained any where else - except for the military. Jesus Christ served as our model of love, compassion, and service - and the Word says, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me” Matthew 25:40.
But is this what is occurring at Wheaton College and many other Christian colleges across our country? Are they teaching them to bring Christ to the community, or are they preparing them to fight social justice issues for the U.N.? Is volunteering being molded into their minds for the new way of living in the U.S.?
As mentioned before, Christian missionaries and volunteering have been used by "governments as an extension of power and authority over indigenous cultures around the world."[1] Rockefeller and other elite families have financed many of the mission organizations in our country. Based upon the information provided by the students and leaders on the video, what do you see occurring?

Is it supposed to flip the "Justice Switch"? Are they bringing their only their good works, and forgetting the life-changing Gospel? What has the Lord Jesus Christ commissioned us to do?
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28:18-20
